Yes. We design each experience to reflect your vision. You can select specific acts, durations, costumes/dress code, and combinations to create the perfect ambiance—from an intimate steel pan serenade to a full Caribbean showcase.

To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak tourism seasons and major holidays. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on performer availability.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to performance. Deposits are non-refundable, but date changes may be possible with sufficient notice (see next question).

Yes. Changes to your scheduled time or date must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Adjustments are subject to performer availability. Once performers are in position, the booked time begins.

If you’d like performers to continue beyond the scheduled time, additional fees will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on the performers’ schedule.

Yes, depending on your package. Our standard performances include portable sound setups for smaller venues. For larger events, we can coordinate with your sound team or provide additional equipment at an extra charge.

Absolutely. Our team regularly performs across multiple islands, resorts, and private estates. Travel fees may apply based on location and logistics.

Yes. We love personal touches! Custom song requests or themed performances (e.g., bridal, tropical chic, cultural fusion) can be arranged with advance notice.
